configs: am64x_evm_a53: Enable ICSSG Driver
Enable ICSSG driver, DP83869 phy driver, REMOTEPROC and PRU_REMOTEPROC
in am64x_evm_a53_defconfig. All these configs are needed for ICSSG
driver.
