arm: ls102xa: enable snooping for CAAM transactions
Enable snooping for CAAM read & write transactions by
programming the SCFG snoop configuration register:
SCFG_SNPCNFGCR[SECRDSNP]
SCFG_SNPCNFGCR[SECWRSNP]
