qcom_defconfig: Remove redundant pinctrl driver selections
Enable PINCTRL_QCOM_GENERIC config
The pinctrl drivers are now automatically enabled via Kconfig
defaults based on PINCTRL_QCOM_GENERIC, so explicit selection in the
defconfig is no longer needed.
