imx8mm-cl-iot-gate-optee: add CONFIG_SPL_MMC and CONFIG_SPL_SERIAL
Previously these two options are called CONFIG_SPL_MMC_SUPPORT
and CONFIG_SPL_SERIAL_SUPPORT. During the transition they are
removed by accident. Thus adding them back.
