toradex: apalis-imx6: Fix build failure when CONFIG_VIDEO_IPUV3 is enabled
If CONFIG_VIDEO_IPUV3 is enabled without also having CONFIG_IMX_HDMI
enabled, the build fails for the Apalis iMX6 board.
