layerscape: Disable CONFIG_FMAN_ENET on *aqds* platforms
The *aqds* platforms have not been migrated to be able to enable
CONFIG_DM_ETH with CONFIG_FMAN_ENET. Disable CONFIG_FMAN_ENET on these
platforms.
