mmc: atmel: rename CONFIG_ATMEL_SDHCI to CONFIG_MMC_SDHCI_ATMEL
Make the naming scheme consistent; all SDHCI-base drivers prefixed
with CONFIG_MMC_SDHCI_.
While we are here, add "depends on ARCH_AT91".
