riscv: starfive: Add SYS_CACHE_SHIFT_6 to enable SYS_CACHELINE_SIZE
Some device driver need SYS_CACHELINE_SIZE macro. Add StarFive
SYS_CACHE_SHIFT_6 to enable it.
