serial: pl01x: Change OF_CONTROL to OF_REAL
Before this change, building this driver for SPL with enabled SPL_DM_SERIAL
was problematic, as '-Wunused-const-variable=' warning was visible.
Now, the code is only considered when u-boot proper is build.
