armv8: ls1012afrx: Add TFABOOT support
TFABOOT support includes:
- ls1012a2g5rdb/ls1012afrdm/ls1012afrwy_tfa_defconfig to be
loaded by trusted firmware
- define BOOTCOMMAND for TFABOOT
