pinctrl: renesas: Remove r8a779{5,6,65} CC5_OSCOUT of IP17
This patch removes CC5_OSCOUT assignment of IP17[3:0] of r8a7795
/ r8a7796 / r8a77965. This information was confirmed in the R-Car
Gen3 Hardware Manual Rev.1.50.
