board: arbel: correct the dram bank size
If CONFIG_SYS_MEM_TOP_HIDE is defined, gd->ram_size is reduced by
CONFIG_SYS_MEM_TOP_HIDE. Need to correct the actual ram size in
dram_init_banksize.
