cmd: blob: Add IMX_HAB and CAAM supported SoCs as dependency
In order to build CMD_BLOB on i.MX CAAM supported devices it's
necessary to select IMX_HAB. Add IMX_HAB and CAAM supported
SoCs as dependency.
