i2c: Added Kconfig support for CONFIG_ZYNQ_GEM_I2C_MAC_OFFSET
This patch added Kconfig support for CONFIG_ZYNQ_GEM_I2C_MAC_OFFSET
and enabled it in respective defconfig.
