ARM: imx: Select 2 DRAM banks on Data Modul i.MX8M Mini eDM SBC
U-Boot splits DRAM bank spanning addresses below and above the 32bit
boundary into two DRAM banks. Since this platform may come with 4GiB
of DRAM, increase the DRAM bank count to 2.
