board: gdsys: Drop Dirk Eibach from MAINTAINERS

Drop Dirk Eibach from MAINTAINERS of board/gdsys/a38x and
board/gdsys/mpc8308. The latter would be left maintainerless, add
Mario Six <[email protected]> (he is also maintainer of the former
board).
