x86: Missed removal of CMD_BOOTEFI_HELLO_COMPILE
The config setting CMD_BOOTEFI_HELLO_COMPILE was removed in favour
of BOOTEFI_HELLO_COMPILE but the usage in this Makefile was not
updated. Fix it.
