lmb: Rename LMB_LIMIT_DMA_BELOW_4G to LMB_LIMIT_DMA_BELOW_RAM_TOP
Rename LMB_LIMIT_DMA_BELOW_4G to LMB_LIMIT_DMA_BELOW_RAM_TOP
to make the Kconfig option more descriptive. No functional
change.
