imx: ventana: fix splash logo drawing
After mxc_ipuv3 DM_VIDEO conversion showing splash image
doesn't work. Fix this by adding new requirements:
- splashimage env variable.
- CONFIG_SPLASH_SCREEN
- CONFIG_CMD_BMP
