tools: kwbimage: Fix dumping register set / DATA commands
Upper-bound for iterating for-loop over register set entries is incorrect.
Fix it byt calculating correct number of entries.
And fix also dumping the last entry DATA_DELAY, which is the last and not
first (zero).
