lmb: boot: Update dependencies within BOOT_DEFAULTS_CMDS
The CMD_BOOT[IZ] symbols have a dependency on LMB, correctly,
currently. Make sure that in BOOT_DEFAULTS_CMDS we only select these
commands if LMB is enabled.
