dts: xea: Delete not used in u-boot DTS nodes
After the re-sync with Linux Kernel's DTS
(SHA1: 7d08ddd09b75e7a3c103cc0d0d3ed700287f268e), the XEA's
descripion has nodes and properties, which are NOT utilized
in the u-boot.
To avoid confusion - those are deleted.
