rpi: Only add frame buffer node if CONFIG_FDT_SIMPLEFB is set
The functions fdt_simplefb_add_node and fdt_simplefb_enable_and_mem_rsv
are only available if CONFIG_FDT_SIMPLEFB is enabled.
