rockchip: rk3288-firefly: Include sdmmc regulator in SPL
Add bootph props and enable related Kconfig options to include the sdmmc
regulator in SPL. Also enable SPL_DM_SEQ_ALIAS to ensure aliases is
handled correctly in SPL.
