aristainetos2: Rename CONFIG_EXTRA_ENV_BOARD_SETTINGS
Rename CONFIG_EXTRA_ENV_BOARD_SETTINGS to EXTRA_ENV_BOARD_SETTINGS in
order to not further add to the CONFIG namespace.
