mtd: spi-nor: Add is25wx128 and is25lx128 chips
Add is25wx128 and is25lx128 ISSI chips to
spi-nor id table.
Both chips have a size of 16MB but is25wx128
is the 1.8V version and is25lx128 is the 3v
version.
