As part of bringing the master branch back in to next, we need to allow
for all of these changes to exist here.

When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay
Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and
so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master.
This reverts commit c8ffd1356d42223cbb8c86280a083cc3c93e6426, reversing
changes made to 2ee6f3a5f7550de3599faef9704e166e5dcace35.

Coreboot changed a few years ago to include an overflow flag. Update the
structure to match this.
This comes from coreboot commit:
6f5ead14b4 ("mb/google/nissa/var/joxer: Update eMMC DLL settings")
Note: There are several implementations of this in coreboot. I have chosen
to follow the one in src/lib/cbmem_console.c

At present any ACPI tables created by prior-stage firmware are ignored.
It is useful to be able to view these in U-Boot.
Pick this up from the sysinfo tables and display it with the cbsysinfo
command. This allows the 'acpi list' command to work when booting from
coreboot.
Adjust the global_data condition so that acpi_start is available even if
table-generation is disabled.

Sphinx expects Return: and not @return to indicate a return value.

Quite a few new tag types have been added over the years. Bring these into
U-Boot so that all required tags can be parsed.
Add a proper comment to struct sysinfo_t while we are here, since many of
the meanings are not obvious.

Add new timestamp codes that are present in coreboot, so that we can decode
these in U-Boot.
At present TS_U_BOOT_START_KERNEL is used twice. It should only be used
just before jumping to Linux, so update the other call site to use
TS_START_KERNEL.

This all relates to the sysinfo structure provided by coreboot. Put the
timestamp definitions into the same file as the others. Tidy up a few
comments at the same time.

To support detecting booting from coreboot, move the code which locates
the coreboot tables into a common place. Adjust the algorithm slightly to
use a word comparison instead of string, since it is faster.

Since mid 2016, coreboot has additional fields in the serial struct that
it passes down to U-Boot. Add these so we are in sync.

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.
In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.
This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

Currently when CONFIG_SEABIOS is on, U-Boot allocates configuration
tables via normal malloc(). To simplify, use a dedicated memory
region which is reserved on the stack before relocation for this
purpose. Add functions for reserve and malloc.
