The end-at-4gb property implies a value for skip-at-start so add it into
the output FDT so that U-Boot can read it.
Now that skip-at-start is implemented, we can drop the workarounds used
in the x86 code to obtain the correct image-pos value.

With a recent Binman change, the skip-at-start property is now honoured,
meaning that all image-pos values in the affected section start from
the skip-at-start value.
The x86 code works around the old behaviour at present, so update it.

When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay
Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and
so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master.
This reverts commit c8ffd1356d42223cbb8c86280a083cc3c93e6426, reversing
changes made to 2ee6f3a5f7550de3599faef9704e166e5dcace35.

Convert this to use events instead of calling a function directly in the
init sequence.
Rename it to arch_fsp_init_f() to distinguish it from the one that happens
after relocation.
For FSPv2 nothing needs to be done here, so drop the empty function.

Very few of the existing event-spy records use the arguments they are
passed. Update them to use a simple spy instead, to simplify the code.
Where an adaptor function is currently used, remove it where possible.

board_get_usable_ram_top() returns a physical address that is stored in
gd->ram_top. The return type of the function should be phys_addr_t like the
current type of gd->ram_top.

The original function was only called once, before relocation. The new
one is called again after relocation. This was not the intent of the
original call. Fix this by renaming and updating the calling logic.
With this, chromebook_link64 makes it through SPL.

Commit 37dc958947ed ("global_data.h: Change ram_top type to phys_addr_t")
changed type of ram_top member from ulong to phys_addr_t but did not
changed types in board_get_usable_ram_top() function which returns value
for ram_top.
So change ulong to phys_addr_t type also in board_get_usable_ram_top()
signature and implementations.

For FSP1, there is no such INIT_PHASE_END_FIRMWARE.

When booting from coreboot there is no need to notify the FSP of anything,
since coreboot has already done it. Nor it is possible, since the FSP
details are not provided by coreboot.
Skip it in this case.

In some cases CBFS does not start with a header but is just a collection
of files. It is possible to support this so long as the size of the CBFS
is provided.
Update the cbfs_init_mem() function to support this.

Move this out of the common header and include it only where needed. In
a number of cases this requires adding "struct udevice;" to avoid adding
another large header or in other cases replacing / adding missing header
files that had been pulled in, very indirectly. Finally, we have a few
cases where we did not need to include <asm/global_data.h> at all, so
remove that include.

At present this function only supports FSP-M but it is also used to read
FSP-S, in which case FSP-M may be zero. Add support for showing whichever
address is present in the FSP binary.
Also change the debug() statements to log_debug() while here.

If locating the FSP header hangs for whatever reason it is useful to see
where it got stuck. Add a debug print. Also show the address of the FSP-S
entry point as a sanity check.

With DDR4, Intel SOCs take quite a long time to init their memory. During
this time, if the user is watching, it looks like SPL has hung. Add a
message in this case.
This works by adding a return code to fspm_update_config() that indicates
whether MRC data was found and a new property to the device tree.
Also add one more debug message while starting.

At present this enables a few arch-specific members of the global_data
struct which are otherwise not part of the struct. As a result we have to
use #ifdef in various places.
The cost of always having these in the struct is small. Adjust things so
that we can use compile-time code instead of #ifdefs.

The APL FSP appears to leave the FPU in a bad state in that it has
registers in use. This causes an error when the next FPU operation is
performed.
Work around this by re-resetting the FPU after calling FSP-M. This allows
the freetype console to work correctly.

It is useful to be able to boot the same x86 image on a device with or
without a first-stage bootloader. For example, with chromebook_coral, it
is helpful for testing to be able to boot the same U-Boot (complete with
FSP) on bare metal and from coreboot. It allows checking of things like
CPU speed, comparing registers, ACPI tables and the like.
When U-Boot is not the first-stage bootloader much of this code is not
needed and can break booting. Add checks for this to the FSP code.
Rather than checking for the amount of available SDRAM, just use 1GB in
this situation, which should be safe. Using 2GB may run into a memory
hole on some SoCs.

This header relates to ACPI and we are about to add some more ACPI
headers. Move this one into a new directory so they are together.
The header inclusion in pci_rom.c is not specific to x86 anymore, so drop
the #ifdef CONFIG_X86.

Add support for some important configuration options and FSP memory init.
The memory init uses swizzle tables from the device tree.
Support for the FSP_S binary is also included.
Bootstage timing is used for both FSP_M and FSP_S and memory-mapped SPI
reads.
