2024-06-14board: imx8mn_s2: Update timing with production oneMichael Trimarchi
The timing upstream was wrong corresponding to the production. This come evident after commit b614ddb5d33 (ddr: imx: Save the FW loading if it hasn't changed). This change fix booting from usb Signed-off-by: Michael Trimarchi <[email protected]>
2024-05-20Restore patch series "arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay Ethernet"Tom Rini
As part of bringing the master branch back in to next, we need to allow for all of these changes to exist here. Reported-by: Jonas Karlman <[email protected]> Signed-off-by: Tom Rini <[email protected]>
2024-05-19Revert "Merge patch series "arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay Ethernet""Tom Rini
When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master. This reverts commit c8ffd1356d42223cbb8c86280a083cc3c93e6426, reversing changes made to 2ee6f3a5f7550de3599faef9704e166e5dcace35. 2023-08-09treewide: rework linker symbol declarations in sections headerShiji Yang
1. Convert all linker symbols to char[] type so that we can get the corresponding address by calling array name 'var' or its address '&var'. In this way, we can avoid some potential issues[1]. 2. Remove unused symbol '_TEXT_BASE'. It has been abandoned and has not been referenced by any source code. 3. Move '__data_end' to the arch x86's own sections header as it's only used by x86 arch. 4. Remove some duplicate declared linker symbols. Now we use the standard header file to declare them. [1] This patch fixes the boot failure on MIPS target. 2023-07-25MAINTAINERS: Fix path typos and similarTom Rini
We have a number of cases where the in-tree path of files and where they presumably were when the first version of a patch were posted differ slightly. Correct these to point at where the files are now. Signed-off-by: Tom Rini <[email protected]> Reviewed-by: Simon Glass <[email protected]>

2022-07-05nxp: Make board/freescale/common/Kconfig safe to include once in arch/KconfigTom Rini
The way that we use this file currently means that we have to guard it in every platform Kconfig. But it is also required in all NXP platforms, including non-reference platforms. Make all options in it have appropriate dependencies so that we can include it a single time under arch/Kconfig Signed-off-by: Tom Rini <[email protected]>

2022-05-20imx: imx8mn_smm_s2: clean up board watchdog codePeng Fan
pinctrl_wdog already marked u-boot,dm-spl, so clean up board code. The set_wdog_reset() function is not necessary as this is handled by the imx_watchdog.c driver due to the 'fsl,ext-reset-output' property being set. 2022-04-21board: bsh: imx8mn_bsh_smm_s2/s2pro: enable DM_SERIALMichael Trimarchi
Enable DM_SERIAL for both U_Boot and the SPL. The uart4 and its pinmux are already marked with u-boot,dm-spl but we need to move the call to preloader_console_init() after spl_init() to avoid a board hang as dm can't be used until after spl_init(). Remove the manual config of the UART pinmux now that it is no longer needed.
