Improve support for the BSH SystemMaster (SMM) M2B board.
In particular, this patch adds the timing for the 512 MB version, and
the spi.c reflects it by removing the safe guards.

Commit 86acdce2ba88 ("common: add config for board_init() call")
introduced CONFIG_BOARD_INIT option. This option can be disabled for the
boards where board_init() function is not needed. Remove empty
board_init() calls for all boards where it's possible, and disable
CONFIG_BOARD_INIT in all related defconfigs.
This cleanup was made semi-automatically using these scripts: [1].
No functional change, but the binary size for the modified boards is
reduced a bit.

Introduce the BSH SystemMaster (SMM) M2B board. Notably, the M2B is
designed to leverage the existing device tree of its predecessor, the M2.
The primary distinction arises from memory incompatibilities with the M2.
To address this, we've implemented a configuration system that allows for
selective inclusion of the desired memory components.

A small delay between DRAM read access with wrong parameters and
reconfiguration is necessary.
Without a delay between DRAM read access and a following reconfiguration
this reconfiguration fails for certain DRAM chips (Nanya).

When using SPL on i.mx6 we frequently notice some DDR initialization
mismatches between the SPL code and the non-SPL code.
As the non-SPL code have been tested for long time and proves to be
reliable, let's configure the DDR in the exact same way as the non-SPL
case.
The idea is simple: just use the DCD table and write directly to the DDR
registers.

1. Convert all linker symbols to char[] type so that we can get the
corresponding address by calling array name 'var' or its address
'&var'. In this way, we can avoid some potential issues[1].
2. Remove unused symbol '_TEXT_BASE'. It has been abandoned and has
not been referenced by any source code.
3. Move '__data_end' to the arch x86's own sections header as it's
only used by x86 arch.
4. Remove some duplicate declared linker symbols. Now we use the
standard header file to declare them.

The way that we use this file currently means that we have to guard it
in every platform Kconfig. But it is also required in all NXP
platforms, including non-reference platforms. Make all options in it
have appropriate dependencies so that we can include it a single time

pinctrl_wdog already marked u-boot,dm-spl, so clean up board code.
The set_wdog_reset() function is not necessary as this is handled by
the imx_watchdog.c driver due to the 'fsl,ext-reset-output' property
being set.

Enable DM_SERIAL for both U_Boot and the SPL. The uart4 and its pinmux
are already marked with u-boot,dm-spl but we need to move the call to
preloader_console_init() after spl_init() to avoid a board hang
as dm can't be used until after spl_init().
Remove the manual config of the UART pinmux now that it is no longer
needed.
