eDM SBC
Handle both MMC2 and SD2 boot devices as SDMMC device 1 on
Data Modul i.MX8M Mini eDM SBC. In case the system boots from
a microSD card, the BootROM reports boot device as SD2_BOOT
instead of MMC2_BOOT. Continue booting from that SDMMC device
instead of falling back to SDP. Note that SDMMC device 1 is
the microSD slot on this device, SDMMC device 2 is the eMMC,
but BootROM reports the numbers the other way around, hence
the potential confusion in this commit message.

Remove DECLARE_GLOBAL_DATA_PTR from files where gd is not used, and
drop the unnecessary inclusion of asm/global_data.h.
Headers should be included directly by the files that need them,
rather than indirectly via global_data.h.

Commit 86acdce2ba88 ("common: add config for board_init() call")
introduced CONFIG_BOARD_INIT option. This option can be disabled for the
boards where board_init() function is not needed. Remove empty
board_init() calls for all boards where it's possible, and disable
CONFIG_BOARD_INIT in all related defconfigs.
This cleanup was made semi-automatically using these scripts: [1].
No functional change, but the binary size for the modified boards is
reduced a bit.

The YModem support in SPL was never really used on this device,
the SDP support is much more convenient on i.MX8M Mini based
hardware. Replace the YModem support with SDP support.
The SDP can be utilized by forcing the board into SDP boot mode
by grounding test point right next to silkscreen label U30, and
then by using mfgtools 'uuu -brun spl flash.bin' once the device
enumerates on host system USB bus. The SDP capable USB port is
available on the USB micro-B port on the base board.

When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay
Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and
so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master.
This reverts commit c8ffd1356d42223cbb8c86280a083cc3c93e6426, reversing
changes made to 2ee6f3a5f7550de3599faef9704e166e5dcace35.

Implement fdtdec_board_setup() auto-detection of ethernet PHY.
This uses properties of the hardware and pull resistor placement.
If GPIO1_16 RGMII_MDC is HIGH, then R530 (MX8MM eDM SBC) or
R390 (MX8MP eDM SBC) is populated. R530 or R390 is populated
only on boards with AR8031 PHY.
If GPIO1_16 RGMII_MDC is LOW, then the in-SoM pull down is the
dominant pull resistor. This is the case on boards with BCM54213PE
PHY.
In case AR8031 PHY is populated, the PHY MDIO address is 0, in
case BCM54213PE PHY is populated, the PHY MDIO address is 1, the
fdtdec_board_setup() is used to patch the correct address into
the U-Boot control DT.
Enable broadcom PHY support to support both PHYs.
