This patch renames the board directory from board/freescale to
board/nxp because NXP now provides Board Support Packages (BSPs) and
tools for the former Freescale i.MX and other i.MX products.
All relevant references have been updated accordingly. This change does
not affect functionality.

Our last sync with the kernel was 5.1. Even that was a partial one
as some patches from 4.x kernels were already missing making the
transition to a modern kbuild infeasible.
We are so out of sync now, that tracking the patches and backporting
them one by one makes little sense and it's going to take ages.
This is an attempt to sync up Makefile[.lib/.kbuild].
Unfortunately due to sheer amount of patches this is not easy to review,
but that's what we decided during a community call.
One of the biggest changes is get rid of partial linking entirely and
build .a archives isntead of .o.
We diaviate from the kernel on that. Instead of calling a custom script
to create the archive symbol table, we call ar with rcTP (isntead of
rcSTP) since we want a resulting archive that's sauble with the linker.
The only affected platforms are PPC ones. Unfortunately I don't have any
of them around to test, but the objdump of the resulting files --
arch/powerpc/lib/built-in.[oa] looks identical.

It is confusing to have both "$(PHASE_)" and "$(XPL_)" be used in our
Makefiles as part of the macros to determine when to do something in our
Makefiles based on what phase of the build we are in. For consistency,
bring this down to a single macro and use "$(PHASE_)" only.

This converts the following to Kconfig:
CONFIG_VID
CONFIG_VOL_MONITOR_INA220
CONFIG_VOL_MONITOR_IR36021_READ
CONFIG_VOL_MONITOR_IR36021_SET
CONFIG_VOL_MONITOR_LTC3882_READ
CONFIG_VOL_MONITOR_LTC3882_SET
To finish this migration, we first need to introduce CONFIG_SPL_VID as
some platforms only use this code in full U-Boot while others use it in
SPL as well. To make the Kconfig logic clearer, guard all of the
sub-options with a if VID || SPL_VID check. Finally, add Kconfig
options for the remaining related options that did not previously have
one.

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.
In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.
This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

LS1 has 4 SMMUs for address translation of the masters. All the
SMMUs' stream IDs are 8-bit. The address translation depends on the
stream ID of the incoming transaction.
Each master has unique stream ID assigned to it and is configurable
through SCFG registers. The stream ID for the masters is identical

The Central Security Unit (CSU) allows secure world software to
change the default access control policies of peripherals/bus
slaves, determining which bus masters may access them. This
allows peripherals to be separated into distinct security domains.
Combined with SMMU configuration of the system masters privileges,
these features provide protection against indirect unauthorized
access to data.
For now we configure all the peripheral access permissions as R/W.

With the introducing of generic board and ARM-based cores, current
deep sleep framework doesn't work anymore.
This patch will convert the current framework to adapt this change.

1. Converts all the Freescale's DDR driver to support deep sleep.
2. Added basic framework support for ARM-based and PPC-based
cores separately.
