exynos_power_init sets up regulators for the emmc and sdcard, but
these regulators are already marked as always-on and boot-on and hence
are handled already by the regulator-uclass. Since we currently try to
set them up twice we get error -114 (EALREADY) from exynos_power_init
on every boot:
LDO20@VDDQ_EMMC_1.8V: set 1800000 uV; enabling (ret: -114)
LDO22@VDDQ_EMMC_2.8V: set 2800000 uV; enabling (ret: -114)
LDO21@TFLASH_2.8V: set 2800000 uV; enabling (ret: -114)
Remove the superfluous exynos_power_init to silence these errors.

Resolved a compilation issue where the build system attempted
to compile for the Odroid-XU3 platform instead of the specified
Exynos4412 platform due to an incorrect CONFIG_SYS_BOARD setting.
Updated the Makefile to ensure that compilation only occurs for
the Odroid-XU3 specified target platform.
Now, object files will be generated only when building for the
TARGET_ODROID platform.

When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay
Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and
so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master.
This reverts commit c8ffd1356d42223cbb8c86280a083cc3c93e6426, reversing
changes made to 2ee6f3a5f7550de3599faef9704e166e5dcace35.

- None of the callers perform error checking and based on the non-empty
versions of this function, there's no checking to be done, so make
this a void.
- Add a default weak version of the function.
- Remove the empty versions of exynos_init now that we have a weak
version.

Move this out of the common header and include it only where needed. In
a number of cases this requires adding "struct udevice;" to avoid adding
another large header or in other cases replacing / adding missing header
files that had been pulled in, very indirectly. Finally, we have a few
cases where we did not need to include <asm/global_data.h> at all, so
remove that include.

CONFIG_BOARD_TYPES is necessary for Odroid X/X2/U3 boards to detect
proper revision. However building should succeed even without it.
While moving code around, document also the reference clock selection.
This fixes the build error without CONFIG_BOARD_TYPES:

Detection of board revision is done early - before power setup. In case of
Odroid XU3/XU4/HC1 family, the detection is done using ADC which
is supplied by LDO4/VDD_ADC regulator. This regulator could be turned
off (e.g. by kernel before reboot). If ADC is used early, the
regulators are not yet available and the detection won't work.
Split the revision detection out of set_board_type() into separate
function called later - either when displaying board info (in late mode)
or during misc_init_r. The idea is that set_board_type() will be called
early so its method of detection are limited to flattened device tree
(exynos5-dt-types.c for Exynos5) or GPIO (odroid.c for Exynos4412). The
newly added set_board_revision() can be called only later, when
resources like regulator are available.
This is necessary to fix the detection of Odroid HC1 after reboot, if
kernel turned off the LDO4 regulator.

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.
In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.
This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

U-Boot widely uses error() as a bit noisier variant of printf().
This macro causes name conflict with the following line in
include/linux/compiler-gcc.h:
# define __compiletime_error(message) __attribute__((error(message)))
This prevents us from using __compiletime_error(), and makes it
difficult to fully sync BUILD_BUG macros with Linux. (Notice
Linux's BUILD_BUG_ON_MSG is implemented by using compiletime_assert().)
Let's convert error() into now treewide-available pr_err().
Done with the help of Coccinelle, excluing tools/ directory.
The semantic patch I used is as follows:

We are now using an env_ prefix for environment functions. Rename these
two functions for consistency. Also add function comments in common.h.
Quite a few places use getenv() in a condition context, provoking a
warning from checkpatch. These are fixed up in this patch also.

Some exynos boards require special handling of nRESET_OUT line for eMMC
memory to perform complete reboot e.g. Odroid X2/U3/XU3 boards.
This will support eMMC reset using DT from reset_misc of samsung common
board file.

The USB host code was missing gpio_request() calls before using the gpio
functions, causing errors to be printed out.
As a side note calls to max77686_set_buck_mode(OPMODE_OFF/OPMODE_ON) have
been removed, as they did not have any effect. This is as per Przemyslaw:
I looked into the documentation and there is a "ENB8" pin in PMIC package.
This pin allows steering BUCK8 ON/OFF by the hardware. If ENB8 is set to low
then you can do on/off. If high, then you cannot change its state by I2C
write, which seems to be the case with the Odroids.

Setting gpio value before dm gpio init has no effect,
so now, odroid gpio settings are moved after the gpio uclass init.
Using non-requested gpio pin cases printing error messages.
To avoid this, gpio_request() is added for those gpios.

Now the types of CONFIG_SYS_{ARCH, CPU, SOC, VENDOR, BOARD, CONFIG_NAME}
are specified in arch/Kconfig.
We can delete the ones in arch and board Kconfig files.

- MAX77686 power regulator,
