The !CONFIG_PHY_AQUANTIA defines were already superfluous since
_exports.h does have a CONFIG_PHY_AQUANTIA, so the entries never
existed. In fact, it couldn't have worked, because the defines would
affect both occurences of the mdio_get_current_dev identifier in the
EXPORT_FUNC(mdio_get_current_dev, struct mii_dev *,
mdio_get_current_dev, void)
so the C code would end up containing four copies of
gd->jt->dummy = dummy
but struct jt_funcs would not and does not have any 'dummy' member.
Now that nothing in _exports.h refers to dummy(), remove the empty
function.

When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay
Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and
so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master.
This reverts commit c8ffd1356d42223cbb8c86280a083cc3c93e6426, reversing
changes made to 2ee6f3a5f7550de3599faef9704e166e5dcace35.

missing include files directly.

Move this out of the common header and include it only where needed. In
a number of cases this requires adding "struct udevice;" to avoid adding
another large header or in other cases replacing / adding missing header
files that had been pulled in, very indirectly. Finally, we have a few
cases where we did not need to include <asm/global_data.h> at all, so
remove that include.

We should not use typedefs in U-Boot. They cannot be used as forward
declarations which means that header files must include the full header to
access them.
Drop the typedef and rename the struct to remove the _s suffix which is
now not useful.
This requires quite a few header-file additions.

this is an atempt to make the export of functions typesafe.
I replaced the jumptable void ** by a struct (jt_funcs) with function pointers.
The EXPORT_FUNC macro now has 3 fixed parameters and one
variadic parameter
The first is the name of the exported function,
the rest of the parameters are used to format a functionpointer
in the jumptable,
the EXPORT_FUNC macros are expanded three times,
1. to declare the members of the struct
2. to initialize the structmember pointers
3. to call the functions in stubs.c

Add a dm_ prefix to driver model I2C functions so that we can keep the old
ones around.
This is a little unfortunate, but on reflection it is too difficult to
change the API. We can undo this rename when most boards and drivers are
converted to use driver model for I2C.

Add a uclass which provides access to SPI buses and includes operations
required by SPI.
For a time driver model will need to co-exist with the legacy SPI interface
so some parts of the header file are changed depending on which is in use.
The exports are adjusted also since some functions are not available with
driver model.
Boards must define CONFIG_DM_SPI to use driver model for SPI.

This (undocumented) concept was only in use for the MVSMR and
davinci_schmoogie Sergey Kubushyn <[email protected]> boards.
Drop it for now. If really needed, it should be reimplemented
later in the context of the new environment command set.

The current jump table init fails to initialize a bunch of exported
symbols (forceenv/do_reset/etc...). Rather than fix just these few
missing pieces, rewrite the code to utilize the existing list of
exported symbols -- _exports.h. Since every exported symbol has to
be listed in this header, it makes sense to use it so that we only
ever have one list that needs to be updated and things can't fall
out of sync again.
