SeeedStudio BeagleBone Green Eco (BBGE) is a clone of the BeagleBone Green (BBG). It has minor differences from the BBG, such as a different PMIC, a different Ethernet PHY, and a larger eMMC. 2022-07-25spl: Use SPL_TEXT_BASE instead of ISW_ENTRY_ADDRAndrew Davis

- Make all users of CUSTOM_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR reference SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR - Introduce HAS_CUSTOM_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR to allow for setting the stack pointer directly, otherwise we use the common calculation. - On some platforms that were using the standard calculation but did not set CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_SIZE / CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_ADDR, set them. - On a small number of platforms that were not subtracting GENERATED_GBL_DATA_SIZE do so now via the standard calculation. - CONFIG_SYS_INIT_SP_OFFSET is now widely unused, so remove it from most board config header files. Up till now the CONFIG_POWER_TPS65217 has been defined in several header files for am335x SoC. This patch renames it to CONFIG_PMIC_TPS65217, which better reflects the role of this IC circuit. Moreover, new CONFIG_PMIC_TPS65217 has been introduced in Kconfig to be used with boards, which both support DM_PMIC and DM_I2C.
