Commit 86acdce2ba88 ("common: add config for board_init() call")
introduced CONFIG_BOARD_INIT option. This option can be disabled for the
boards where board_init() function is not needed. Remove empty
board_init() calls for all boards where it's possible, and disable
CONFIG_BOARD_INIT in all related defconfigs.
This cleanup was made semi-automatically using these scripts: [1].
No functional change, but the binary size for the modified boards is
reduced a bit.

This board clearly develops first in Linux which had more
hardware listed, so let's start to use OF_UPSTREAM.
This makes the NAND driver work.

This adds reasonable NAND options to the BCM96846 reference design:
- CMD_NAND, MTD_RAW_NAND
- Disable SYS_NAND_ONFI_DETECTION as this just give error messages
- MTD, MTDPARTS with DM and related config options
- CMD_UBI and CMD_UBIFS as this is likely used with ubi/ubifs
What I didn't add was something like the following:
CONFIG_MTDPARTS_DEFAULT="nand0:256k(cfi),257024k(image)"
Because I don't actually have a BCM96846 reference design. These
are only available to Broadcom and their customers I think,
but perhaps the people at Broadcom can provide the detail of
the flash layout for BCM96846 so we can add this too so the
bcm96846_config is usable out of the box.

The current name is inconsistent with SPL which uses CONFIG_SPL_TEXT_BASE
and this makes it imposible to use CONFIG_VAL().
Rename it to resolve this problem.

BCM6846 is an ARM A7 based PON Broadband SoC. It is part of the BCA
(Broadband Carrier Access origin) chipset family so it's added under
ARCH_BCMBCA platform. This initial support includes a bare-bone
implementation and dts with CPU subsystem, memory and Broadcom uart.
This SoC is supported in the linux-next git repository so the dts and
dtsi files are copied from linux with minor fix-up that needs to be
upstreamed to linux as well.
The u-boot image can be loaded from flash or network to the entry point
address in the memory and boot from there.
