At present there is a hex value SPL_STACK which both determines whether
SPL has its own initial stack and the hex value of that stack.
Split off the former into SPL_HAVE_INIT_STACK with SPL_STACK depending
on that and only providing the latter.

Make the raw-mode options depend on SPL_SYS_MMCSD_RAW_MODE in a more
direct way. This makes it easier to understand the options with
'make menuconfig'.
There are three different ways of specifying the offset:
- sector offset
- partition number
- partition type
So make these a choice, so it is more obvious what is going on.
Update existing boards to enable SPL_SYS_MMCSD_RAW_MODE where needed.

The help for CONFIG_MTD explains that it needs to be enabled for various
things like NAND, etc to be available. It however then doesn't enforce
this dependency and so if you have none of these systems present you
still need to disable a number of options. Fix this by making places
that select/imply one type of flash, but did not do the same, also do
this for "MTD". Make boards which hadn't been enabling MTD already but
need it now, do so. In a few places, disable CONFIG_CMD_MTDPARTS as it
wasn't previously enabled but was now being implied.

Commit 815ed79d8338 ("video: rockchip: Use TrueType fonts with jerry")
enables makes chromebook_jerry use TrueType fonts. Make other veyron
boards switch to it as well.

Commit eba768c54587 ("rockchip: jerry: Add serial support") enables
ROCKCHIP_SERIAL for chromebook_jerry to make the serial console work
correctly. Enable it also for other veyron boards.
Also enable logging and disable scrolling multiple lines at once as in
chromebook_jerry, and enable silent console as chromebook_minnie does.

Commit 70e351bdfeee ("rockchip: jerry: Enable RESET driver") enables
DM_RESET for chromebook_jerry to fix its display as required by changes
to the Rockchip video drivers. Enable it for other veyron boards as
well.

Some veyron boards seem to have Winbond SPI flash chips instead of
GigaDevice ones. At the very least, coreboot builds for veyron boards
have them enabled [1]. Enable support for them here as well.

This converts the following to Kconfig:
CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN
To do this, we set a default of 0 for everyone because there are a
number of cases where we define CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN but the only
impact is that we set TOTAL_MALLOC_LEN to be CONFIG_SYS_MALLOC_LEN +
CONFIG_ENV_SIZE, so we must continue to allow all boards to set this
value. Update the SPL code to use 200 KB as the default raw U-Boot size
directly, if we don't have a real CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN value.

The current name is inconsistent with SPL which uses CONFIG_SPL_TEXT_BASE
and this makes it imposible to use CONFIG_VAL().
Rename it to resolve this problem.

As part of this, rework error handling in boot/bootm.c so that we pass
the buffer size to handle_decomp_error as CONFIG_SYS_BOOTM_LEN will not
be available to host tools but we do know the size that we passed to

- Make all users of CUSTOM_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR reference SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR
- Introduce HAS_CUSTOM_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR to allow for setting the stack
pointer directly, otherwise we use the common calculation.
- On some platforms that were using the standard calculation but did not
set CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_SIZE / CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_ADDR, set them.
- On a small number of platforms that were not subtracting
GENERATED_GBL_DATA_SIZE do so now via the standard calculation.
- CONFIG_SYS_INIT_SP_OFFSET is now widely unused, so remove it from most
board config header files.

Due to how the Makefile logic is we currently get DM_SPI support in SPL
enabled by having DM_SPI enabled for full U-Boot but not having
CONFIG_SPL_DM_SPI set. Add this missing option to boards that were
inadvertently making use of it.

Veyrons do not need full pinctrl support for SPL.
The full pinctrl support does nothing when enabled with OF_PLATDATA,
thus was already unused.
This frees about 4kB of SPL size.

Previously veyron_init() was called in board_init() context, which is
called after relocation. Moving it to veyron.c used board_early_init_f
which is called way earlier, and causes veyron_init to hang.
Using board_early_init_r instead fixes this.
