GPIO reset and power-off functionality depends on device tree data, which is often absent in SPL or TPL. To address this, incorporate PHASE_ into the config option and add Kconfig option or each phase. Adjust SYSRESET_GPIO and POWEROFF_GPIO uses to address possible regressions. Add CONFIG_BOOTCOUNT_ALTBOOTCMD so the developer is able to add custom altbootcmd via Kconfig when they enable BOOTCOUNT. With this now in Kconfig, we need to move it from environment files / config.h files and in to the defconfig file. This was done by generating u-boot-initial-env for all platforms before the Kconfig change, to extract altbootcmd values and then again after to compare the result. 2024-01-22mtd: Make CONFIG_MTD be the gate symbol for the menuTom Rini
The help for CONFIG_MTD explains that it needs to be enabled for various things like NAND, etc to be available. It however then doesn't enforce this dependency and so if you have none of these systems present you still need to disable a number of options. Fix this by making places that select/imply one type of flash, but did not do the same, also do this for "MTD". Make boards which hadn't been enabling MTD already but need it now, do so. 2020-11-01board: ge: b1x5v2: Add GE B1x5v2 and B1x5Pv2Sebastian Reichel
GE B1x5v2 patient monitor series is similar to the CARESCAPE Monitor series (GE Bx50). It consists of a carrier PCB used in combination with a Congatec QMX6 SoM. This adds U-Boot support using device model everywhere and SPL for memory initialization. Proper configuration is provided as 'ge_b1x5v2_defconfig' and the combined image u-boot-with-spi.imx can be flashed directly to 1024 byte offset to /dev/mtdblock0.
