This platform enables CONFIG_BOARD_EARLY_INIT_F and then has a
do-nothing board_early_init_f function. Change to not enabling the
option and so not needing an empty function.

Enable OF_UPSTREAM for i.MX8ULP EVK so that devicetree imported from
Linux kernel release can be used.
If mailbox@29220000 is enabled, gd->arch.ele_dev will be set to this
device for communication with ELE firmware. This is incorrect because
mu@27020000 is the MU used for communication with the ELE firmware. To
prevent misconfiguration, disable mailbox@29220000.
The driver model for watchdog timer is not enabled yet, so disable wdog3
temporarily.

Add board-specific environment variables to imx8ulp_evk.env for better
maintainability. Define bsp_bootcmd in the environment to resolve the
runtime error: "bsp_bootcmd" not defined.

Replace CONFIG_DISTRO_DEFAULTS with CONFIG_BOOTSTD_FULL to enable the
standard boot framework and use standard boot on i.MX8ULP.
Update CONFIG_BOOTCOMMAND to run bootflow scan before falling back to
board-specific bootcmd, and remove legacy distro boot environment from
imx8ulp_evk.h since bootstd now handles boot targets.

At present there is a hex value SPL_STACK which both determines whether
SPL has its own initial stack and the hex value of that stack.
Split off the former into SPL_HAVE_INIT_STACK with SPL_STACK depending
on that and only providing the latter.

Make the raw-mode options depend on SPL_SYS_MMCSD_RAW_MODE in a more
direct way. This makes it easier to understand the options with
'make menuconfig'.
There are three different ways of specifying the offset:
- sector offset
- partition number
- partition type
So make these a choice, so it is more obvious what is going on.
Update existing boards to enable SPL_SYS_MMCSD_RAW_MODE where needed.

Switch PHY_ANEG_TIMEOUT to CONFIG_PHY_ANEG_TIMEOUT Kconfig symbol.

The help for CONFIG_MTD explains that it needs to be enabled for various
things like NAND, etc to be available. It however then doesn't enforce
this dependency and so if you have none of these systems present you
still need to disable a number of options. Fix this by making places
that select/imply one type of flash, but did not do the same, also do
this for "MTD". Make boards which hadn't been enabling MTD already but
need it now, do so. In a few places, disable CONFIG_CMD_MTDPARTS as it
wasn't previously enabled but was now being implied.

convention.

This converts the following to Kconfig:
CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN
To do this, we set a default of 0 for everyone because there are a
number of cases where we define CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN but the only
impact is that we set TOTAL_MALLOC_LEN to be CONFIG_SYS_MALLOC_LEN +
CONFIG_ENV_SIZE, so we must continue to allow all boards to set this
value. Update the SPL code to use 200 KB as the default raw U-Boot size
directly, if we don't have a real CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN value.

The current name is inconsistent with SPL which uses CONFIG_SPL_TEXT_BASE
and this makes it imposible to use CONFIG_VAL().
Rename it to resolve this problem.

The most commonly used value today is 0x2000 and not 0x400. Rework the

No iMX platforms have supported ATAG-based booting. They have however
re-used the CONFIG_SERIAL_TAG option as a way to enable support of
reading the OTP fuses and setting the serial# environment variable in
some cases. Change the warp7 support to use this symbol, use this for
updating the rest of the imx7 code, and update the imx8 conditionals.

- Provide a default Kconfig value of the default script
- Largely continue to define this via the board Kconfig file
- For the boards that select a script based on defconfig rather than
TARGET, keep this within the defconfig.
