Resync all defconfig files using qconfig.py

Today we typically enable CMD_SATA in order to have the SATA
functionality itself enabled, despite there being a clean split between
the two symbols. This in turn leads to potential configuration problems.
Split things so that SATA continues to be separate and not CMD_SATA
instead depends, functionally, on AHCI being enabled.
To do all of this:
- Have X86 select AHCI directly rather than "default y" it later.
- Make CMD_SATA be a default y option, given the split of platforms that
enabled SATA and did, or did not, enable CMD_SATA.
- Change "imply CMD_SATA" to "imply SATA"
- Correct TARGET_VEXPRESS64_JUNO because you cannot select SATA_SIL
without PCI (and in turn, SATA is needed for SATA_SIL).
- Update a number of defconfigs to have no functional change.

Rename the variable and add ENV_ prefix, so that all configuration
options which are related to environment would have an CONFIG_ENV_
prefix. No functional change.

Enable OF_UPSTREAM to use upstream DT and add marvell/ prefix to the
DEFAULT_DEVICE_TREE for Kirkwood boards. And so we can directly build
DTBs from dts/upstream/src/arm/marvell, and including *-u-boot.dtsi
files from arch/arm/dts/ directory.
Background:
The following 2 commands and filters were used in the analysis to determine
which upstream DTS and DTSI files can be used as they are, or need to have
modified/created *-u-boot.dtsi for u-boot specific implementation, and
which board should be opt-out from OF_UPSTREAM.
"git grep -li arch_kirkwood configs | xargs grep DEVICE_TREE | cut -d '"' -f2 | xargs -n1 sh -c 'diff -qs arch/arm/dts/$1.dts dts/upstream/src/arm/marvell/$1.dts' sh | grep differ"
"diff -qrbu arch/arm/dts/ dts/upstream/src/arm/marvell/ | grep kirkwood | grep ".dtsi ""

I've regression tested this patch with the Zyxel NSA325 (Kirkwood 88F6282)
and Zyxel NSA310S (Kirkwood 88F6281). The Zyxel NSA325 board has a
USB 3.0 controller attached to the PCIe bus. And the Zyxel NSA310S
has an extensive overhaul in bindings and styles in upstream DTS version.

board specific enabling is not needed any more. This patch sync's these
2 boards with their current defconfig version.

DM_SERIAL needs early malloc. The on-chip RAM is pretty tight, it's only
2kiB, with DM_SERIAL enabled, this doesn't work anymore. Fortunately for
us, we don't need the on-chip RAM because the DRAM is already
initialized before u-boot starts. Just put the early malloc area there
and use the default early malloc size.

Use the new mvebu GPIO driver and convert all the function calls to the
former kirkwood GPIO driver. This means that we are now using the LED
uclass and the regulator uclass. Unfortunately, the GPIO LED doesn't
offer a blinking method. Thus we are now stuck with solid on and off
states, which makes debugging a bit harder. Also, there is no GPIO fan
driver for now.

If something is wrong with the environment, we cannot rely on a proper
u-boot operation anymore. In fact, it is possible, that we never reach
misc_init_r() with a broken environment.
Also don't enable the netconsole by environment settings. This way the
user don't have to reconfigure the environment. Instead the network
console is only enabled when the push button is pressed during boot.

- Make all users of CUSTOM_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR reference SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR
- Introduce HAS_CUSTOM_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR to allow for setting the stack
pointer directly, otherwise we use the common calculation.
- On some platforms that were using the standard calculation but did not
set CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_SIZE / CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_ADDR, set them.
- On a small number of platforms that were not subtracting
GENERATED_GBL_DATA_SIZE do so now via the standard calculation.
- CONFIG_SYS_INIT_SP_OFFSET is now widely unused, so remove it from most
board config header files.
