Enable SNTP/DATE commands on all Xilinx boards.
Also enable RTC_EMULATION driver for platforms which don't have physical
RTC. Enabling DM_RTC is enabling by default also CMD_DATE.

Rename the variable and add ENV_ prefix, so that all configuration
options which are related to environment would have an CONFIG_ENV_
prefix. No functional change.

GPIO reset and power-off functionality depends on device tree data, which
is often absent in SPL or TPL. To address this, incorporate PHASE_ into the
config option and add Kconfig option or each phase.
Adjust SYSRESET_GPIO and POWEROFF_GPIO uses to address possible
regressions.

At present there is a hex value SPL_STACK which both determines whether
SPL has its own initial stack and the hex value of that stack.
Split off the former into SPL_HAVE_INIT_STACK with SPL_STACK depending
on that and only providing the latter.

JFFS2 is not maintained for quite a long time and none should be using it.
Please use other filesystems for flashes like UBIFS instead.
Also remove jffs to MTD map but MTD map is for example that's why it won't
affect anything.

The help for CONFIG_MTD explains that it needs to be enabled for various
things like NAND, etc to be available. It however then doesn't enforce
this dependency and so if you have none of these systems present you
still need to disable a number of options. Fix this by making places
that select/imply one type of flash, but did not do the same, also do
this for "MTD". Make boards which hadn't been enabling MTD already but
need it now, do so. In a few places, disable CONFIG_CMD_MTDPARTS as it
wasn't previously enabled but was now being implied.

DM_GPIO depends on GPIO to be enabled but select will cause that DM_GPIO is
selected without GPIO which ends up in compilation error:
undefined reference to `dm_gpio_set_value'
undefined reference to `dm_gpio_get_value'
undefined reference to `dm_gpio_free'
undefined reference to `gpio_request_by_name'

This converts the following to Kconfig:
CONFIG_GATEWAYIP
CONFIG_HOSTNAME
CONFIG_IPADDR
CONFIG_NETMASK
CONFIG_ROOTPATH
CONFIG_SERVERIP
CONFIG_UBOOTPATH
To do this, we introduce a CONFIG_USE_ form of each of the above and
change include/env_default.h to test for that to be set before setting a
value. Further, we don't want to stringify the IP address related values
as they are now properly strings via Kconfig.

Axi qspi controller supports 32-bit & 24-bit addressing modes
for micron, macronix & spansion flash parts. But for winbond
flashes it only supports 24-bit addressing mode.
Enable CONFIG_SPI_FLASH_BAR to use extended addressing mode
to make 32-bit addressing mode work on all flashes.

The current name is inconsistent with SPL which uses CONFIG_SPL_TEXT_BASE
and this makes it imposible to use CONFIG_VAL().
Rename it to resolve this problem.

Enable u-boot.elf recreation from u-boot.bin to prepare for removing manul
relocation. Enable option for big endian configuration but it is not used
too much that's why it is completely untested.
By supporting this system there is a need to define LITTLE/BIG endian
Kconfig options to pass -EL/-EB flags.
Full command line for u-boot.elf recreation looks like this:

Enable this feature by default to be able to work with env import/export
commands which are done in this slightly changed variable format (There is
addtional flag fields in variable file which is changing CRC calculation).

Remove fixed configuration and detect flash based on DT.
Also increase amount of flash sectors to 2048 because on kc705 flash has
1027 sectors.
