As mx6sabresd only supports SPL target now, there is no need to
keep the 'spl' in the name of the target, so simply rename it
to mx6sabresd_defconfig.

Currently only MX6Q/QP sabresd boards are supported in SPL.
In order to also support MX6DL we need to convert to using
IOMUX_PADS and SETUP_IOMUX_PADS macros.
Other than that move the <asm/arch/mx6-ddr.h> header inclusion to the
SPL code block in order to avoid build error.

This option should not really be user selectable. Note that on PowerPC
we currently only need BOARD_LATE_INIT when CHAIN_OF_TRUST is enabled so be
conditional on that.

When falcon mode support was added, it was right around when SPL_OS_BOOT
was migrated to Kconfig. So first we must move the enablement to the
defconfig file. Next, it turned off EXT support rather than add the
information to allow for falcon mode from EXT. Add this information so
that the board compiles after 5d28b930f237.

This syncs up the current cmd/Kconfig and include/configs/ files with the
only exception being CMD_NAND. Due to how we have used this historically
we need to take further care here when converting.

Move CONFIG_USB_GADGET_DUALSPEED option to Kconfig and
make all UDC controllers select USB_GADGET_DUALSPEED:
- add next options to Kconfig selecting USB_GADGET_DUALSPEED:
- USB_GADGET_ATMEL_USBA
- USB_GADGET_DWC2_OTG
- USB_DWC3
- CI_UDC
- make USB_MUSB_GADGET select USB_GADGET_DUALSPEED
While at it, make some related fixes:
- remove DUALSPEED from configs that don't enable gadget support:
- kwb.h
- tseries.h
- add missing USB_GADGET option to next configs:
- novena_defconfig
- pcm051_rev*_defconfig
- xfi3_defconfig

The description was borrowed from kernel. "tristate" type was changed
to "bool" (I believe we don't support modules for u-boot yet, right?).
CONFIG_USB_GADGET requires CONFIG_USB to be defined too, so add it along
as well.
Definitions were added to defconfig files in a way that
"make savedefconfig" generates exactly the same file as used defconfig.

Move TARGET_xx Kconfig option based on mx6 to arch/arm/cpu/armv7/mx6/Kconfig.
Add enable "CONFIG_ARCH_MX6" for boards based on mx6.
Then we can choose target boards using "make ARCH=arm menuconfig"
with ARCH_MX6 defined.
If using original way, we have no chance to enable ARCH_MX6 when
"make menuconfig". Even define CONFIG_ARCH_MX6=y in xx_defconfig,
kconfig will complains "arch/../configs/platinum_titanium_defconfig:3:

Some archs/boards specify their own default by pre-defining the config
which causes the Kconfig system to mix up the order of the configs in
the defconfigs... This will cause merge pain if allowed to proliferate.
Remove the configs that behave this way from the archs.
A few configs still remain, but that is because they only exist as
defaults and do not have a proper Kconfig entry. Those appear to be:

In order to reduce merge conflicts and to maintain the simplest possible
defconfig files, we should be using the savedefconfig feature of Kconfig
every time a new feature is added. This keeps the defconfig settings to
a minimum (only those things not default) and keeps them in the same
order as the Kconfig options.

configuration), the prefixes in defconfig files such as "+S:",
"+ST:", etc., are meaningless.
