Options which deal with memory locations and have a default value of 0x0
are dangerous, as that is often not a valid memory location. Rework
SPL_LOAD_FIT_ADDRESS as follows:
- Add SPL_HAS_LOAD_FIT_ADDRESS to guard prompting the question as the
case of loading a FIT image does not strictly require setting an
address and allows for a malloc()'d area to be used.
- For SPL_RAM_SUPPORT, select the new guard symbol if SPL_LOAD_FIT is
enabled because in that case an address must be provided.
- Update defconfigs for these new changes. Largely this means some
defconfigs need to enable SPL_HAS_LOAD_FIT_ADDRESS to maintain their
current status. In the case of sandbox, we also need to set
SPL_LOAD_FIT_ADDRESS to 0x0.

Commit 2a38e712652f ("sandbox: add FAT to the list of usable env drivers")
made environment storage in FAT available on sandbox, but did not enable
the matching ENV_IS_IN_FAT in sandbox configs. This leads to environment
driver lookup failure when env in non-EXT4 is selected using 'env select':
"
env_driver_lookup: No environment driver for location 3
priority not found
"
Enable the missing ENV_IS_IN_FAT to fix this.

Commit 86acdce2ba88 ("common: add config for board_init() call")
introduced CONFIG_BOARD_INIT option. This option can be disabled for the
boards where board_init() function is not needed. Remove empty
board_init() calls for all boards where it's possible, and disable
CONFIG_BOARD_INIT in all related defconfigs.
This cleanup was made semi-automatically using these scripts: [1].
No functional change, but the binary size for the modified boards is
reduced a bit.

The TCG event log buffer is being set at the end of ram memory. This
region of memory is to be reserved as LMB_NOMAP memory in the LMB
memory map. The current location of this buffer overlaps with the
memory region reserved for the U-Boot image, which is at the top of
the usable memory. This worked earlier as the LMB memory map was not
global but caller specific, but fails now because of the overlap.
Move the TCG event log buffer to the start of the ram memory region
instead. Move the location of the early trace buffer and the load
buffer for U-Boot(spl boot) accordingly.

This is not used for sandbox, so drop it. Enable the things that it
controls to avoid dstrastic changes in the config settings for
sandbox builds.
The end result is that these are enabled:
BOOTMETH_DISTRO
BOOTSTD_DEFAULTS
and these are disabled:
USE_BOOTCOMMAND
BOOTCOMMAND (was "run distro_bootcmd")
DISTRO_DEFAULTS
Note that the tools-only build has already disabled DISTRO_DEFAULTS

Add a test for the NOR load method. Since NOR is memory-mapped we can
substitute a buffer instead. The only major complication is testing LZMA
decompression. It's too complex to implement LZMA compression in a test, and we
have no in-tree compressor, so we just include some pre-compressed data. This
data was generated through something like
generate_data(plain, plain_size, "lzma")
cat plain.dat | lzma | hexdump -C
and was cleaned up further in my editor.

This add some basic functions to create images, and a test for said
functions. This is not intended to be a test of the image parsing
functions, but rather a framework for creating minimal images for testing
load methods. That said, it does do an OK job at finding bugs in the image
parsing directly.
Since we have two methods for loading/parsing FIT images, add LOAD_FIT_FULL
as a separate CI run.

module enabled now. With this commit, the mkeficapsule tool also gets
enabled on all variants.

It is not a parse error to have a default value of "0" for a "hex" type
entry, instead of "0x0". However, "0" and "0x0" are not treated the
same even by the tools themselves. Correct this by changing the default
value from "0" to "0x0" for all hex type questions that had the
incorrect default. Fix one instance (in two configs) of a default of "0"
being used on a hex question to be "0x0". Remove the cases where a
defconfig had set a value of "0x0" to be used as the default had been
"0".

Building sandbox_spl with CONFIG_DEBUG leads to errors due to missing
symbols:
/usr/bin/ld: common/spl/spl_fit.o: in function `spl_fit_upload_fpga':
common/spl/spl_fit.c:595: undefined reference to `fpga_load'
/usr/bin/ld: test/test-main.o: in function `dm_test_post_run':
test/test-main.c:124: undefined reference to `crc8'
/usr/bin/ld: test/test-main.o: in function `dm_test_pre_run':
test/test-main.c:95: undefined reference to `crc8'
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
This is due to -Og not eliminating unused functions.
Add FPGA and CRC8 support to the defconfig. Sandbox tests for
SPL_FPGA and CRC8 should be created. So enabling these setting
is advised anyway.

Since both pm8916.c and pm8916_gpio.c are already supporting multiple
Qcom SoCs, it makes sense to rename these drivers to pmic_qcom.c and
qcom_pmic_gpio.c respectively. Also, these driver can be extended to
support additional functionality if required for other Qcom SoCs.
Along with this import latest DT binding: qcom,spmi-pmic.txt from Linux
