Currently the U-Boot doc/ directory contains the following files
that are only relevant for i.MX devices:
- doc/README.imx25
- doc/README.imx27
- doc/README.imx5
- doc/README.imx6
- doc/README.imximage
- doc/README.mxc_hab
- doc/README.mxs
- doc/README.mxsimage
- doc/README.sdp
Move all content to a common i.MX folder for a better documentation
structure.

Spelling corrections for (among other things):

* override
* variable
* ftd (should be "fdt", for flattened device tree)
* embedded
* FTDI
* emulation
* controller

Correct spelling of "U-Boot" shall be used in all written text
(documentation, comments in source files etc.).

Now that mkimage can generate an BootStream for i.MX23 and i.MX28,
use the mkimage as a default tool to generate the BootStreams instead
of the elftosb tool. This cuts out another obscure dependency.

Since commit bce883707 (ARM: mxs: tools: Add mkimage support for MXS bootstream)
the following build error is seen when doing a MAKEALL build:
$ ./MAKEALL mx28evk
Configuring for mx28evk - Board: mx28evk, Options: ENV_IS_IN_MMC
mxsimage.c:18:25: fatal error: openssl/evp.h: No such file or directory
Add an entry about the need of installing the 'libssl-dev' package.

file name to README.mxs, as it covers both mx23 and mx28 now.
