Provide a way for sandbox MMC to present data from a backing file. This
allows a filesystem to be created on the host and easily served via an
emulated mmc device.

Add the DM_MMC-compatible DesignWare MMC driver support for Synopsys
ARC devboards. It is created to switch ARC devboards to use DM_MMC.
It required information such as clocks (Bus Interface Unit clock,
Card Interface Unit clock) and SDIO bus width.

Add support for SD/eMMC controller present on some Qualcomm Snapdragon
devices. This controller implements SDHCI 2.0 interface but requires
vendor-specific initialization.
Driver works in PIO mode as ADMA is not supported by U-Boot (yet).
