As part of moving to using OF_UPSTREAM and so the upstream dt-bindings
headers we have a number of these headers that are in our include
directory and not referenced by any code outside of dts/upstream. We can
remove these now to prevent future conflicts.

Drop all the subsystem headers that are compatible with the headers in
dts/upstream.

The constants to define the idle state of SERDES MUX were defined in
bindings header. They are used only in DTS and driver uses the dt property
to set the idle state making it unsuitable for bindings.
The constants are moved to header next to DTS ("arch/arm/boot/dts/")
and all the references to bindings header are removed.
So add a warning to mark this bindings header as deprecated.
We could probably drop this header, but let us wait for kernel to
cleanup.

There are 4 lanes in the single instance of J721S2 SERDES. Each SERDES
lane mux can select upto 4 different IPs. Define all the possible
functions.

AM64 has a single lane SERDES which can be configured to be used
with either PCIe or USB. Define the possilbe values for the SERDES
function in AM64 SoC here.

Sync all J721e related v5.11-rc6 Linux kernel dts into U-Boot.
HBMC nodes are not yet added in Linux kernel yet but were added
in U-Boot. In order to avoid any regressions, hbmc nodes are kept
intact. These will be added in kernel in future.

Add a new subsystem that handles multiplexer controllers. The API is the
same as in Linux.
