Add gpio driver for TI Palmas series PMIC. This has 8 gpio which can
work as input/output.

PALMAS PMIC family has embedded poweroff function used by some
device to initiane device power off. Implement it as sysreset
driver.

Some LDOs have a bypass capability. Make sure that the bypass is disabled
when is the LDO is enabled (otherwise the voltage can't be changed).

Add support to bind the regulators/child nodes with the pmic.
Also adds the pmic i2c based read/write funtions to access pmic
registers.
