Most test suites have a _test suffix. This is not necessary as there is
also a ut_ prefix.
Drop the suffix so that (with future work) the suite name can be used as
the linker-list name.
Remove the suffix from the pytest regex as well, moving it to the top of
the file, as it is a constant.

Some suites have a different name from that used in the linker list.
That makes it hard to programmatically match the name printed when the
suite runs to the linker-list name it has.
Update the names so they are the same.

When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay
Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and
so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master.
This reverts commit c8ffd1356d42223cbb8c86280a083cc3c93e6426, reversing
changes made to 2ee6f3a5f7550de3599faef9704e166e5dcace35.

missing include files directly.

At present we use the linker list directly. This is not very friendly, so
add a helpful macro instead. This will also allow us to change the naming
later without updating this code.

Align the prefix used in cmd_ut_category function and name of tests
for ut mem.
This patch solves the issues detected by "make qcheck" after previous
patch.

Add various fixes and improvements to this command that were missed in
the original version. Unfortunately I forgot to send v2.
- Fix Kconfig name
- Use a separate variable for the remaining search length
- Correct a minor bug
- Move into a separate test suite
- Add -q flag to the 'quiet' test to test operation when console is enabled
- Enable the feature for sandbox
