Rework dev_phys_to_bus() and dev_bus_to_phys() to respect the size
of the area specified in dma-ranges DT property. The area outside
of ranges is remapped 1:1, while the area in the ranges is remapped
according to the description in the dma-ranges property.
Adjust the test to test the area within the remapped range, not area
outside the remapped range, which was incorrect.

This replaces dm_remove_devices_flags() calls in all boot
implementations to ensure non vital devices are consistently removed
first. All boot implementation except arch/arm/lib/bootm.c currently
just call dm_remove_devices_flags(DM_REMOVE_ACTIVE_ALL). This can result
in crashes when dependencies between devices exists. The driver model's
design document describes DM_FLAG_VITAL as "indicates that the device is
'vital' to the operation of other devices". Device removal at boot
should follow this.
Instead of adding dm_remove_devices_flags() with (DM_REMOVE_ACTIVE_ALL |
DM_REMOVE_NON_VITAL) everywhere add dm_remove_devices_active() which
does this.
Fixes a NULL pointer deref in the apple dart IOMMU driver during EFI
boot. The xhci-pci (driver which depends on the IOMMU to work) removes
its mapping on removal. This explodes when the IOMMU device was removed
first.
dm_remove_devices_flags() is kept since it is used for testing of
device_remove() calls in dm.

All the uclass functions for finding a device end up creating a uclass
if it doesn't exist. Add a function which instead returns NULL in this
case.
This is useful when in the 'unbind' path, since we don't want to undo
any unbinding which has already happened.

Most tests don't have this. It helps to keep the test declaration
clearly associated with the function it relates to, rather than the next
one in the file. Remove the extra blank line and mention this in the
docs.

The UT_TESTF_ macros read as 'unit test test flags' which is not right.
Rename to UTF ('unit test flags').
This has the benefit of being shorter, which helps keep UNIT_TEST()
declarations on a single line.
Give the enum a name and reference it from the UNIT_TEST() macros while
we are here.

The linux kernel has the list_count_nodes() API functions which is
used for counting nodes of a list. This has now been imported in
U-Boot as part of an earlier commit. Use this function and drop the
list_count_items().

The dm_root_f field seems to be entirely write-only and hence
redundant, unless 'git grep' fails to find some access generated via
preprocessor token concatenation or similar.

When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay
Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and
so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master.
This reverts commit c8ffd1356d42223cbb8c86280a083cc3c93e6426, reversing
changes made to 2ee6f3a5f7550de3599faef9704e166e5dcace35.

When probing a device fails NULL pointer is returned, and following
devices in uclass list cannot be iterated. Skip to next device on error
instead.
With that the only condition under which these simple iteration
functions return error is when the dm is not initialized at uclass_get
time. This is not all that interesting, change return type to void.

Add a function for collecting the amount of memory used by driver model,
including devices, uclasses and attached data and tags.
This information can provide insights into how to reduce the memory
required by driver model. Future work may look at execution speed also.

At present tag numbers are only allocated for non-core data, meaning that
the 'core' data, like priv and plat, are accessed through dedicated
functions.
For debugging and consistency it is convenient to use tags for this 'core'
data too. Add support for this, with new tag numbers and functions to
access the pointer and size for each.
Update one of the test drivers so that the uclass-private data can be
tested here.
There is some code duplication with functions like device_alloc_priv() but
this is not addressed for now. At some point, some rationalisation may
help to reduce code size, but more thought it needed on that.

In some cases two devices are related and the only way to tell is to
check that the names partially patch. Add a way to check this without
needing to create a new string for the comparison.

It seems that namelen is more common in U-Boot. Rename this function to
fit in better. Also fix a bug where it breaks the operation of
uclass_get_by_name() and add a test.

At present it is possible to call uclass_get() before driver model is
inited. In fact this happens on x86 boards which use Intel FSPv1, since
mrccache_get_region() tries to get the SPI flash device very early
during init.
This has always been undefined behaviour. Previously it generally worked,
i.e. returned an error code without crashing, because gd->uclass_root_s
is zeroed and the uclass can be added despite driver model not being
ready, due to the way lists are implemented. With the change to use a
gd->uclass_root pointer, this no-longer works. For example, it causes a
hang on minnowmax.
Fix this by adding a check that driver model is ready when uclass_get() is
called. This function is called in the process of locating any device, so
it is a good place to add the check.
This fixes booting on minnowmax.

Driver model is a core part of U-Boot. We don't really need to have a
separate test structure for the driver model tests and it makes it harder
to write a test if you have to think about which type of test it is.
Subsume the fields from struct dm_test_state into struct unit_test_state
and delete the former.

Add another flag to the DM core which could be assigned to drivers and
which makes those drivers call their remove callbacks last, just before
booting OS and after all the other drivers finished with their remove
callbacks. This is necessary for things like clock drivers, where the
other drivers might depend on the clock driver in their remove callbacks.
Prime example is the mmc subsystem, which can reconfigure a card from HS
mode to slower modes in the remove callback and for that it needs to
reconfigure the controller clock.

Move this out of the common header and include it only where needed. In
a number of cases this requires adding "struct udevice;" to avoid adding
another large header or in other cases replacing / adding missing header
files that had been pulled in, very indirectly. Finally, we have a few
cases where we did not need to include <asm/global_data.h> at all, so
remove that include.

The current macro is a misnomer since it does not declare a device
directly. Instead, it declares driver_info record which U-Boot uses at
runtime to create a device.
The distinction seems somewhat minor most of the time, but is becomes
quite confusing when we actually want to declare a device, with
of-platdata. We are left trying to distinguish between a device which
isn't actually device, and a device that is (perhaps an 'instance'?)
It seems better to rename this macro to describe what it actually is. The
macros is not widely used, since boards should use devicetree to declare
devices.
Rename it to U_BOOT_DRVINFO(), which indicates clearly that this is
declaring a new driver_info record, not a device.

At present the uclass list head is in global_data. This is convenient
but with the new of-platdata we need the list head to be declared by
the generated code.
Change this over to be a pointer. Provide a 'static' version in
global_data to retain the current behaviour.

We use 'priv' for private data but often use 'platdata' for platform data.
We can't really use 'pdata' since that is ambiguous (it could mean private
or platform data).
Rename some of the latter variables to end with 'plat' for consistency.

This construct is quite long-winded. In earlier days it made some sense
since auto-allocation was a strange concept. But with driver model now
used pretty universally, we can shorten this to 'auto'. This reduces
verbosity and makes it easier to read.
Coincidentally it also ensures that every declaration is on one line,
thus making dtoc's job easier.

In common clock framework the relation b/w parent and child clocks is
determined based on the udevice parent/child information. A clock
parent could be changed based on devices needs. In case this is happen
the functionalities for clock who's parent is changed are broken. Add
a function that reparent a device. This will be used in clk-uclass.c
to reparent a clock device.

The test flags used by driver model are currently not available to other
tests. Rather than creating two sets of flags, make these flags generic
by changing the DM_ prefix to UT_ and moving them to the test.h header.
This will allow adding other test flags without confusion.

This function returns -ENODEV when there is no device. This is
inconsistent with other functions, such as uclass_find_next_device(),
which returns 0.
Update it and tidy up the incorrect '-1' values in the comments.
