Some tests here had not been compile tested before submission and were
missing a ';' on the end of declaring struct udevice *dev. Add it.

in linux we have the option to create the name of a led
optionally through the following properties:
- function
- color
- function-enumerator
This patch adds support for parsing this properties if there
is no label property.
The led name is created in led_post_bind() and we need some
storage place for it. Currently this patch prevents to use
malloc() instead it stores the name in new member :
char name[LED_MAX_NAME_SIZE];
of struct led_uc_plat. While at it append led tests for the
new feature.

Update test for LED activity and boot to follow new implementation with
property set to the LED node phandle.
Also update a copy-paste error in the function name for the activity
tests and actually enable the test with the DM_TEST macro.

The UT_TESTF_ macros read as 'unit test test flags' which is not right.
Rename to UTF ('unit test flags').
This has the benefit of being shorter, which helps keep UNIT_TEST()
declarations on a single line.
Give the enum a name and reference it from the UNIT_TEST() macros while
we are here.

When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay
Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and
so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master.
This reverts commit c8ffd1356d42223cbb8c86280a083cc3c93e6426, reversing
changes made to 2ee6f3a5f7550de3599faef9704e166e5dcace35.

The GPIO LED driver no longer considers the top level node an LED,
because it is not an LED. With this bug fixed, the LED enumeration
has changed. Update the test accordingly.

The test flags used by driver model are currently not available to other
tests. Rather than creating two sets of flags, make these flags generic
by changing the DM_ prefix to UT_ and moving them to the test.h header.
This will allow adding other test flags without confusion.

These header file should not be included in other header files. Remove
them and add to each individual file. Add test/test.h to test/ui.h since
that is a reasonable place.

Add two more gpio-leds to sandbox test device tree with default-state
property set to "on"/"off".
Add dm_test_led_default_state() to check that these new LED's are set to
LEDST_ON and LEDST_OFF.

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.
In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.
This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

We have a large number of places where while we historically referenced
gd in the code we no longer do, as well as cases where the code added
that line "just in case" during development and never dropped it.

Allow LEDs to be blinked if the driver supports it. Enable this for
sandbox so that the tests run.

It is useful to be able to read the LED as well as write it. Add this to
the uclass and update the GPIO driver.

At present this is very simple, supporting only on and off. We want to
also support toggling and blinking. As a first step, change the name of
the main method and use an enum to indicate the state.
